1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on royalbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a minimum of21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of royalbet.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with royalbet at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

royalbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each User is permitted to holdone single Account on royalbet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. This information must be accurate and kept up to date. Any material change to your personal details must be promptly communicated to royalbet support.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before royalbet will process any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued ID — Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License. Both sides of the MyKad are required.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, clearly showing your name and residential address.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All royalbet accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). royalbet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Supported methods may change from time to time at royalbet's discretion.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via FPX may take 5to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes for USDT TRC20.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. royalbet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, with most MYR withdrawals completed within 20 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible.
• royalbet reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request before processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• royalbet does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment processing fees may apply in certain circumstances.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be reclaimed directly from royalbet without supporting documentation and a formal request to our support team.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

royalbet offers a range of betting and gaming products including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and lottery-style games. The following general rules apply to all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the royalbet platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or sport-specific rules.

• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot and instant games are accurate at the time of publication. Actual results over any given session may vary materially from the stated RTP.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

royalbet may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, reload offers, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. royalbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting using royalbet funds, or exploitation of promotional terms.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the royalbet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud royalbet or other players through manipulation of games, false identity, or deceptive conduct.
• Money Laundering: Using royalbet for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. royalbet has a legal obligation to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including matched betting using bonus funds, the use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Automated Betting Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting systems on the royalbet platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players in live casino or other interactive gaming products where shared strategy could unfairly influence outcomes.
• Account Sharing: Sharing account access credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with royalbet support.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access your account.

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the royalbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software code, game assets, user interface designs, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of royalbet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the royalbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from royalbet;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any platform software;
• Use royalbet's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, royalbet shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the royalbet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of earnings or profits arising from betting or gaming outcomes;
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's account due to the User's failure to secure their credentials;
• Losses caused by reliance on inaccurate or incomplete odds information during a period of technical error;
• Any loss or damage arising from actions of third-party payment providers, including processing delays or failures.

royalbet's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

royalbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with a royalbet deposit;
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations that require the restriction of a User's access;
• Reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes.

Where an account is terminated due to a verified breach of these Terms, royalbet reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In cases where account closure is not the result of a User breach, any remaining balance (after deducting bonus funds and under investigation) will be returned to the User via their last used payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting royalbet support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the User in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

royalbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the royalbet platform, with reasonable notice provided prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the royalbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The version of these Terms currently published at royalbet.casa/terms-conditions constitutes the binding version applicable to all Users at the time of access. royalbet recommends that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of royalbet as the platform operator.

In the event of any dispute between royalbet and a User, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the royalbet support channel. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days may be escalated through formal dispute resolution procedures as communicated by royalbet support.

royalbet's platform records, system logs, and transaction histories shall constitute the primary evidence in the resolution of any dispute. The integrity of these records is maintained through server-side logging and are not subject to client-side manipulation.
